Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By installing or using ONDA you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ONDA.
2. The service and private distribution
ONDA is a meeting recorder and transcriber operated by Tuval AI. It is distributed privately to invited users, and access may be granted or withdrawn at our discretion. Features may change as ONDA develops.
3. Google connection
Connecting your Google account is optional. If you connect it, you authorize ONDA to use the access described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time in the app or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use ONDA lawfully.
- Inform meeting participants that they are being recorded and obtain consent where the law requires.
- Provide and manage your own API keys. You are responsible for any costs charged by third-party providers for their use.
5. Your content
Your recordings, transcripts, summaries and other files remain yours. Tuval AI does not receive them and claims no rights to them.
6. Third-party services
ONDA works with services such as Google (Drive, Calendar, Chrome) and the Google Gemini API. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Tuval AI is not responsible for them.
7. AI output
Transcripts, speaker names, summaries and answers are generated automatically and may contain errors. Verify important content before relying on it.
8. No warranty
ONDA is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tuval AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of ONDA.
10. Termination
You may stop using ONDA at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
